May 05, 1988 - Los Angeles, California, USA - A fire department helicopter flys around the First Interstate Bank Building early Thursday morning, May 5, 1988, as flames shoot from the windows of the 62 storey building. Fire officials described the blaze as one of the worst in the city's history.
